Cloud Streaming FAQ

Is it safe to connect my account?

Yes. We use the official OAuth 2.0 protocol. You log in directly on Google/Dropbox's site. We only receive a temporary token to access the files you verify.

Do you download my files?

No. We stream the file chunks directly to your browser's memory for playback. We don't store your files on our servers.

Does it work with Google Drive limits?

Yes. We use the standard API download quota. As long as you don't exceed your personal daily limits, it works perfectly.

Can I play 4K videos from the cloud?

Yes, as long as your internet connection is fast enough to stream the bitrate of the video file.

Can I add subtitles to cloud videos?

Absolutely. You can drag and drop a local subtitle file onto the player, or select a subtitle file that is in the same cloud folder.
